Preparations for the arrival of Santa begins!
On the evening of the 23rd, we broke out the Kitchen Aid and mixed up a batch of cookie dough.
There was probably more tasting being done than mixing, but we got the job done.
On the morning of Christmas Eve, the cooking making extravaganza continued.
We rolled it . . .
. . . and pat it . . .
. . . and marked it with all kinds of Christmas goodness.

I wish I had been there to help those cute little cookie cutters.(With all that tasting!) Those are my favorite cookies!
(I also love your Winter wonderland background. Every time I see Winter wishes signs and things for sale I'm glad I'm not you because I don't think I could resist buying every one of them.)
